As a former world karate champion, I know firsthand that regulating your attention is what lets you stay grounded under pressure. Neuroscience explains this as the capacity to regulate tension in the brain. Buddhist monks describe the same thing as a state of harmony.
StickDo trains that same foundation — the physical and mental groundwork behind sustained high performance. It's the real work of staying connected, sharp and decisive where it actually matters.
Whether you lead an organisation or compete at the highest level, the challenge is the same. Staying sharp and fully grounded under pressure in the moments that decide everything.
StickDo is built for people who operate where the margin for error is small and the pressure does not let up.
That holds when everything pulls you apart.
So they work with you, not against you.
To clarity, to balance, to yourself.
Who is Marcus
A life in martial arts, physiotherapy, and competitive sport — as both athlete and coach — taught me something simple: performance is not only physical. It is mental. It is breath.
Over time, one truth became clear. We are whole beings. When the connection between mind, body, and breath breaks down, stress rises — in the body, and in the brain.
StickDo was born from this understanding — a Nordic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual awareness, built to restore the natural connection between movement, breath, and mind. Through precise movement, breath work, and attention training, it supports better posture, deeper breathing, and lasting mental clarity — a practice for staying grounded and clear, even when the pressure doesn't let up.
2x World Champion · 6x National Champion · Sport Physiotherapist · Open Focus Certified · INSEAD

CEOs, executives and senior leaders who carry the weight of high-stakes decisions every day.
Groups that need to think, decide and move as one under pressure.
Competitors who know that performance at the highest level is decided in the mind as much as the body.

For Organisations and Teams
Pressure affects teams the same way it affects individuals. Decisions slow down. Small tensions become conflicts. Communication breaks down at exactly the moment it matters most.
StickDo builds a shared foundation of focus, presence and balance across your team. Session by session, it becomes part of how your people show up together.
Single workshop: A half-day or full-day session. Physical, practical and immediately applicable. Your team leaves with shared tools and a common language for performing under pressure.
Monthly programme: An ongoing series of sessions tailored to your team. Available as a fixed programme or customised to fit your specific situation and goals.

The Method
01
Using slow, precise movement and breath work drawn from martial arts, you train your nervous system to stay regulated under pressure. Not relaxed. Regulated. There is a difference.
02
Dr. Les Fehmi spent 40 years researching how the brain performs under pressure. The answer was attention. Specifically, the ability to shift between narrow and wide focus on demand. That is what this trains.
03
When the body is regulated and attention is flexible, something shifts. Decisions come faster. The room feels different. The people around you feel it too.
