Open Focus Development
A structured journey from tension and overload to genuine balance. Body and mind trained together.

What Open Focus Development Is
Stress lives in the body before it shows up anywhere else. Tension that will not release. A mind that will not slow down. A sense that something is off and no clear way through.
Mindfulness works on the mind. Physiotherapy works on the body. Open Focus Development works on both at the same time. That is the distinction. And it is the reason the results are different.
Built on the same foundation as StickDo, the programme combines slow precise movement, breath work and neuroscience-based attention training into a single structured journey. Session by session, the body regulates. The mind opens. Balance becomes something you train, not something you wait for.
The Programme
Five workshops of two hours each. A shared journey with others who are navigating the same terrain. The group creates a dynamic that accelerates the work.
Five sessions of two hours each. Tailored entirely to your situation, your body and where you are in the journey. In person. No video.
The Five Stages
01
Understanding where you are and what the body is holding.
02
Training the nervous system to shift out of chronic tension.
03
Learning to open focus deliberately. From narrow to wide. From reaction to presence.
04
Applying the method to your daily life, decisions and relationships.
05
Not a destination. A capacity you now know how to return to.
Why This Is Different
Most approaches to stress, burnout and overload work around the body. They ask you to think differently, breathe more, slow down.
Open Focus Development starts with the body because that is where the signal is clearest. Marcus brings twenty years of physiotherapy, world championship martial arts and direct training with Dr. Les Fehmi at the Princeton Neuroscience Center into every session.
The result is a method that works at a level most approaches never reach.
Start with a message. Tell Marcus where you are and what you are carrying. He will get back to you personally.
